- 2 / 5By Jakob WestPoorly managed and disgusting coffee. Coming from the NE I have expectations for the quality of service and coffee at Dunkin Donuts. This location was disappointing. I stood next in line for 15 minutes while one employee filled an order of 5 dozen donuts. Meanwhile 4 other employees worked only to help the drive through. When I finally got my Machiatto it tasted like hot skunk. I'm told this is due to the water quality and not the beans, but this still leaves the coffee tasting disgusting.January 31, 2017

When my order was presented to me incorrectly then how it was requested I was told " I don't care how you like it this is how we make it at Dunking Donuts". The order was black tea with cream and sugar on the side. Yeah..thats tough to.figure out. Then there was so VERY RUDE COMMENTS and it was shoved in my face!
