  Ordered my food for delivery, over the phone. After waiting an hour it still had not been delivered. So I Called three times, and with no real explanation on why it was late. After an hour and ten minutes the driver showed up. i declined the food after the apology I recieved was, "hey, sorry man. Take care of ya next time."

  First time there. Order wrong. My daughter is vegan....ordered veggie unwhich with no mayo or cheese. When I got home I have never seen so much cheese on a sandwich in my life. Receipt was correct.

  I love Jimmy John's but the speaker's here are horrible! It should be a code violation they are so bad. I couldn't imagine working there. I would rather listen to women chewing gum with their mouths open or Hillary speaking than listen to these speakers. It's not even that they've just degraded over time, they've been bad since it opened. Please buy some new speakers, for your customers and employees.
